Pooran had been invited by Denne Construction, the contractors on One Brighton, to present awards to about 50 students from schools in Kent who had completed engineering projects in One Planet Living.

We are delighted to show here images of our One Brighton show flat. Visitors have commented on how stylist, attractive and practical the apartment is. The generous floor to ceiling heights coupled with high levels of thermally efficient glazing afford a feeling of spatiousness with good natural daylighting. The specification of all of the flats is based on applying the 10 ‘One Planet Living’ principles to provide natural, healthy materials, together with highly energy efficient appliances. We consider that household running costs will be lower at this development, whilst the level of quality and amenity will be high.
Kevin McCloud at One Brighton
We were delighted to be joined at the opening of the One Brighton marketing suite and show flat by TV personality and design guru Kevin McCloud. We have worked with Kevin on his planned development and were keen to show him around.
