It is clear from the quantity of entries received, that being ‘Green’ is top of the agenda in today’s market and companies are investing a great deal of time and research in their quest for sustainable development.

BioRegional Quintain and Crest Nicholson for One Brighton
One Brighton, being developed jointly between BioRegional Quintain and Crest Nicholson, will make sustainable high quality living easy, affordable and attractive. This new build exemplar development has been designed, specified and is being built through application of the ten One Planet Living® principles to demonstrate how environmentally friendly developments can be built to encourage residents to adopt sustainable lifestyles. One Brighton has achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating under EcoHomes, securing maximum credits under the Energy category, and is considered to be Zero Carbon under this assessment. The mixed-use development will offer a range of private and social residential accommodation, community facilities and commercial/office space.
