The transformation of Middlehaven takes a major leap forward this week with the submission of detailed plans for the first two buildings on the site. And the first buildings brought to life by developer BioRegional Quintain will show the quality, originality and architectural merit of what is to follow on Tees Valley Regeneration’s flagship scheme.
